Success Architects leverage deep technical consulting expertise and product knowledge to partner with customers and partners to accelerate their deployment and adoption of the Datorama platform. Success Architects do this via both one-to-one guidance and one-to-many success programs. Equal parts technical consultant, product specialist, and excellent communicator, Datorama Success Architects help bridge the gaps between the business challenges marketers face today and the software solutions of Datorama and Salesforce.
In this role, you will leverage skills ranging from product expertise, industry expertise, project management, data analysis, training, and technical consultation. You will ultimately be responsible for facilitating successful adoption of the Datorama platform as measured by key customer outcomes, including successful deployment, adoption, and growth of various Marketing Intelligence use cases. You will work collaboratively with Success Managers, Sales, and Product among others to ensure customer outcomes are achieved and business value is realized.
As trusted technical and business advisors, SAs work closely with the world’s most advanced marketers, agencies, and brands – empowering them to make actionable insights from vast amounts of data.
Responsibilities:
Be a trusted advisor engaging with customer stakeholders to define a marketing intelligence use case and adoption roadmap that aligns to their business goals
Provide guidance on building marketing intelligence solutions powered by Datorama for customers across various industries
Guide customers to innovate and accelerate their growth by leveraging the right tools and Datorama features, ultimately guiding customers to unlock continuous business value
Provide design recommendations, architecture oversight, and governance that follow leading practices and allow for scalable and secure solution architectures
Deliver one-to-one and one-to-many Success programs that accelerate platform adoption, utilization, and business value from their investment in Datorama
Partner with Success Managers to success plan in order to facilitate customers’ adoption of additional use-cases
Monitor and interpret customer usage data, health indicators, and use-case growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years relevant work experience, including experience involving both Architecture domain and Cloud technologies
An understanding of APIs
Experience working with relational databases or a conceptual/general understanding of: Relational database structures, ETL processes, SQL
Ability to work with and understand data models and large data sets
Experience guiding customers in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value
Polished and effective communicator with the ability to evangelize best practices at various levels of an organization
Solid problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented
Programs or Project Management skills
A true passion for delivering a ‘best-in-class’ customer experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
