Our GTM PMMs bring deep experience building repeatable sales patterns and driving enablement and learning across premier sellers. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, collaborative spirit, get-it-done mentality, and will work across functions including marketing, sales, product & success, to take our products to the next level as we scale and continue our strong upward growth trajectory.
This individual contributor role is primarily responsible for defining and owning go-to-market programs that span our top priority industries: Communications & Media, Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing . In collaboration with Platform and Industry marketing and Sales teams, they will build, manage, and deliver high-impact programs and assets to help achieve our pipeline and revenue goals. Ideally, you will have experience in building compelling messaging, developing scalable programs, enabling across a sophisticated deal cycle, and demonstrating the ability to drive cross-functional alignment. Strong presentation skills, presence, and the ability to deal with ambiguity is a requirement.
Here’s some of what you’ll be responsible for
Own the development and execution of quarterly comprehensive Platform marketing plans and budgets for 1-2 of our industry verticals
Accelerate revenue growth through a positive relationship with industry-specific marketing and sales teams to deliver Platform-first and industry-relevant messaging, content, plays, enablement, campaigns, and ABM programs focused on reaching specific industries
Partner with Industry marketing and product teams todevelop industry-first messaging and solutions that unlock new markets and opportunities
Develop and deliver sales tools (playbooks, cheatsheets, call scripts, presentations, target account lists) that make it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and key positioning
Drive Platform presence at company and industry third-party events, including developing presentations, product demos, and customer spotlights
Evangelize Platform customer success both internally and externally
Tracks and measures the impact of marketing efforts to find opportunities for smarter GTM
Required Skills & Experience
5-7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or enablement at a high tech company, or similar.
Experience working with direct distribution (sales) teams and channel partners is a plus.
Strong understanding of the cloud enterprise application space such as CRM software, ERP, SaaS Business Models, Application Development, or low code software and a strong interest in future technologies/capabilities in that space.
Multifaceted, confident personality with the ability to strategically craft and drive project execution with limited guidance amidst multiple shifting priorities and goals.
Hands-on ability to build a range of marketing assets, including viral on-message product demo videos and succinct slide enablement decks.
Strong analytical abilities to analyze how key business metrics like pipe generation and revenue are impacted by marketing campaigns
Creative problem solver that can generate innovative marketing ideas, work collaboratively, and lead a cross-functional team of partners to drive execution.
Strong communication, presentation, writing, and analytical skills
Bonus if you have experience in Comms, Media, Healthcare & Life Sciences, or Financial Services
