We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated theatre practitioner who has a passion for teaching and can demonstrate a clear experience of helping others to both meet and exceed their personal development goals. Supporting our current education team (two band 6 practice educators), you will have the opportunity to further our existing training packages, develop new ones and nurture a culture where lifelong learning and professional development are integral to all we do. You’ll also be encouraged to seek out new opportunities and through interaction with internal and external partners, embed educational strategies so as to future-proof the workforce.

This role is pivotal to delivery on the ambitions of our Theatre Modernisation Programme and, as such, you will work closely with the wider Theatre Management Team and Speciality Leads. The post will also enjoy a robust structure of peer support including extensive networking opportunities and regular interaction with the Head of Theatre Services and Lead Clinician for Theatres. A commitment to support your ongoing personal development needs will also be evident.
