Samiti Technology Inc. Hiring for Benefits Administrator at Remote Full Time

• Provide ongoing support for all US leaves. (ADA, FMLA, Medical, Unpaid, Parental, Military, Disability, Maternity)

* Manage all Disability Claims
* Complete state required forms (CA, NY & NJ)

• Payroll Ticketing and leave status updates in Workday
• Provide guidance and one on one assistance to maternity leaves; respond to all MHAssist US leave queries
• Compliance:
• Managing all conversion STD to LTD working with HRBPs and Managers on interactive process.
• ADA – Discussions with manager/BP, review of documents received from TPA and conversation with legal
• Work Comp – Monitor claims filed to ensure anyone losing time from work is being paid & put on leave
• Reconciliation and Funding of 401k and HSA; Delinquent loan management

– Experience with Excel and Workday must.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
