This position is part of the SEUK & IRE MX division. It is a key operational role within the Ireland supply chain department. The successful candidate will work with both internal and external partners to ensure the smooth running of the department. They will work closely with change management and established processes to achieve key performance indicators.

• In charge of the weekly stock report including stock level, aged stock, run-rate and weeks of stock management.
• Responsible for purchase order management for your allocated business function.
• Provide forecast updates aligned to promotion plans.
• Monitor stock status.
• Process deliveries with third-party logistic providers.
• Deliver performance review with carriers.
• Order Management & Data Entry.
• Competent in supply chain account management – responsible for all elements of accounts – customers forecast, orders, stock and sales, inventory status and credit limit.
• Manage weekly collaborative, planning, forecasting and replenishment conference calls with customers.
• Participate in weekly sell-in/sell-out planning.
• Analyse customers’ sales and inventory to manage weeks of stock to company Key Performance Indicator level.
• Monitor channel information and utilise all information to work with Account Managers to avoid creating unnecessary stock buffers.
• Resolve supply issues with Head Office team / monitoring SKU codes and product availability.
• Work with product team on key product launches
• Participate in internal and external meetings, sharing ideas, taking action & leading supply chain activities.
• Keeping up-to date with market trends for example: products, competitors and marketing.

• Experienced in forecasting and demand management principles.
• Achieved qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Transport & Logistics or Procurement.
• At least two-year’s experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
• Strong IT/systems skills including Excel skills.
• Experienced in leading internal communications and working cross functionally to deliver results.
• Collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work to own initiative, self-motivated, and self-confident.
• Adapt quickly to ever-changing situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of Partners and Subcontractors.
• Ability to work under extreme pressure with tight timeframes;
• High Standard of English Literacy (written and spoken).
• Experience in processing/manipulating/reporting on large amounts of data.
