We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees within our manufacturing operation in Royal Oak, Auckland.

What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers. This is a true generalist role which will see you involved in culture initiatives and employee engagement with some project work too.
• Run end to end recruitment process for factory positions, attracting and retaining top talent.
• Stay up-to-date on employment law and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising management accordingly.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts constructively.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR Administration to the site

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Advisor in an operational setting.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

Bonus Points

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Tertiary qualification in HR
