What you’ll do:
Partner with Product Learning CoE teams and lead the analysis, design, and development of training initiatives for SAP ERP and Finance products and solutions.

Identify the knowledge, skills, and competencies required of learners to complete role-specific job tasks.

Consult on projects and recommend design ideas: apply an understanding of adult learning theories and methodologies, partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and others to establish content needs.

Transform technical content into an engaging and immersive learning experiences using an array of e-learning and video development tools (including SAP Enable Now, Alfresco, and Camtasia).

Write and edit design documents, storyboards, interactive scripts, and other learning documentation.

Review courses and assist with evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs, making recommendations accordingly.

Design and develop additional training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, virtual and live instructor-led training sessions, participant and facilitator guides, and job aids.

Design visually appealing, modern, professional content that adheres to SAP brand guidelines.

Ensure content is clear, accurate, consistent and error free.

What you’ll bring:
2+ years of experience creating e-learning courses using multimedia authoring tools

Portfolio or work samples demonstrating knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theories, as well as proficiency in design tools

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design, education, communications, or related field are suggested but similar work experience will be considered

Strong writing skills with the ability to express complex technical information in a clear and precise manner

Excellent communication, project and stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

German language skills are a plus
