Assist with daily trading operations. The Trading Support position will become knowledgeable with SaveDaily’s trading platform, SaveDaily’s Clearing Facility relationships and partner specific mutual fund offerings.

This job requires attention to detail and a sense of urgency. Many of the requirements for this job involve strict deadlines and it is essential that an individual is able to meet the time cutoffs. An individual in this position must be able to take initiative in resolving situations that come up and take responsibility.

Routine Tasks

• Assist the Operations Manager by performing daily tasks, as well as special projects.

• Be responsible for creating, maintaining and tracking trading records.

• Conduct and Confirm transactions via phone, internet and clearing facility software client.

• Conduct research to help facilitate platform enhancements and partner deployments.

• Department and Company Special Projects.

• Assist with Marketing and Sales.

Training will be provided.

Shift

• 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday (and overtime, as approved)

Salary: $18.00 /hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
