Business Systems Analyst – Fintech

We are looking for a dynamic, technically adept person to join our product team as Business Systems Analyst – Fintech. In this role, you will lead SavvyMoney’s LOS integration initiatives with loan origination systems. This is a cross-functional role where you will work across product, development and partnership teams to lead client-facing projects, often comprising the clients’ product and technical teams. Responsibilities:

Integration

• Understand SavvyMoney’s solutions AND have technical knowledge of integration ecosystems in the fintech industry.
• Ownership of SavvyMoney’s integration solutions across multiple loan origination systems. You will participate in solution evaluation and manage communication with loan origination systems (LOS).

System Documentation and Scope

• Work with the leadership team to define the high-level scope and make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs.
• Create and maintain detailed scope, exclusions, API data mapping documents and execute API integrations.

Project Execution and Delivery

• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical system constraints.
• Monitor project execution, ensuring appropriate levels of quality within deadlines.

Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in business / system analysis in SaaS or tech (preferably in a consumer fintech, digital banking, lending technology).
• Knowledge of credit bureau, lending ecosystems, and digital banking solutions is a big plus.
• Technical fluency with a strong command of Web APIs, RESTful and single-sign-on protocols, and other integration technologies in the fintech industry.
• Exposure to agile development environments and tools, AWS ecosystem, and analytics solutions are a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with end-to-end delivery.
