Position:
Data Processor
Purpose of Job:
Data Entry of customer orders and maintaining customer inventory.
Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:
1) Prepare orders for shipment
2) Check orders that are prepared by other entry clerks for accuracy
3) Answer phones
4) Prepare receiving reports
5) Check receiving reports that are prepared by other entry clerks for accuracy
6) Assist customers as needed
7) Post shipments in Accuplus to remove product from inventory daily
8) Report daily shipments and receipts to customers
9) Maintain all inventory records as required by each customer.
10) Coordinate with warehouse personnel weekly/monthly physical counts
11) Report inventories to customers monthly.
12) Research and reconcile problems with each customer after physical counts.
