Accounts Receivable Administrator

We are looking for an accounts receivable administrator to assist in our business’ continued success by processing, tracking and recording payments in an efficient manner.
Job Description
· Conduct daily duties consisting of cash and credit card reconciliation, recording payments, monitoring account statuses and invoicing.
· Perform administrative tasks such as sending bill reminders, filing paperwork and data entry.
· Prepare and process bank deposits and reconciliations
· Generate monthly reports and statements for internal use
· Perform credit checks for new accounts, file applications and keep customer account information up to date
· Prepare year-end paperwork for accountant
· Assist in handling information system issues and communicate with IT support
· Assist accounts payables by checking, entering and paying vendor invoices for non-inventory items
· Prepare and submit month end HST/GST remittance, corporate taxes and accounts payable summary
Required skills and qualifications
· Understanding of basic principles of accounting and bookkeeping
· Excellent time management and attention to detail
· Possess a positive attitude and be a team player
· Ability to work independently and show initiative
· Strong written and verbal skills
· Knowledge of Spire of Business Visions is an asset (not required)

Salary: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
