Responsibilities
- Transfer data from paper invoices into database systems
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Answer store phone for customer assistance and place orders
- Sort and organize vendor and customer invoices
Requirements

- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing systems is strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
