Seastone Realty Hiring for Front Desk Concierge at New York, NY Full Time

We are looking for a energetic and compassionate individual who enjoys greeting new people every day, as well as assisting them with their needs. This position is ideal for someone who doesn’t mind receiving a high volume of visitors and speaking with people in a professional manner. The right candidate is also willing to assist in monitoring the front door, and will be a positive influence on our customers and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide visitors with directions to areas of interest in the city.
• Answer basic questions about the company’s services.
• Resolve visitors’ complaints and address their concerns.
• Maintain company standards for quality customer service.
• Guide visitors to the appropriate manager or staff person, if needed.
• Troubleshoot all customer issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.15 – $26.24 per hour
