Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an IDAM specialist to join their casino/gaming client on site in Las Vegas. In this role, they will implement and maintain identity and access management solutions, such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc. Their responsibilities will also include developing and enforcing policies and procedures for identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and auditing. They will be in charge of managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and access requests across various platforms and applications. Additionally, they will troubleshoot and resolve identity and access related issues and incidents. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc. Furthermore, they will provide training and support to end users and other IT staff on identity and access management best practices.
Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience in Information Technology
1+ years of experience using identity and access management tools
Familiarity with IAM concepts and systems, such as role-based access control, identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and auditing.
The ability to work with a variety of identity, access, and privileged account management solutions, such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint or CyberArk
Excellent communication and project administration skills, as well as strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of key IAM standards, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and SCIM
A certification in identity and access management, such as CIAM, CISM, CISSP, etc.
Experience in the hospitality industry and its specific data protection and compliance requirements
Familiarity with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, etc.
Security + Certification
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field null
