Job Qualification:

  • Tertiary qualification preferably with professional certification in Accounting/ Diploma or Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in the areas of accounting
  • Basic understanding of relevant legal aspects for accounting
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Analytical thinking

Job Description:

  • In charge of full set accounts-AP, AR and GL
  • Preparation of monthly reports (BS,PL, AR and AP aging)
  • Preparation of monthly audit schedules
  • Monthly variance analysis on actual performance vs Budget
  • Handle petty cash transactions
  • Checking payment vouchers
  • XBRL Filing
  • Liaise with auditor, tax agents, company secretary & bankers
  • Quarterly GST submissions
  • Monitor and control petty cash transactions
  • Prepare Banker’s Guarantee for workers and projects
  • Any other tasks assign by Management
