Job Type: Full Time- one weekend day required

Pay: $14.00-15.00 per hour

We are looking for quality customer service advocates to join our team! We are looking for the right candidates who have high energy, intelligence and a need to achieve. We are looking for candidates who live the best in class customer service mentality. Starting pay of $14.00-$15.00 per hour. One weekend day is required.

Job Duties and Requirements:

• Making outbound calls to provide and confirm information regarding scheduled services
• Receiving inbound calls from customers regarding our services
• The first line of contact presenting the value of our services and closing the sale
• Supporting the overall operations of the Contact Center
• Making sure customers are serviced quickly and accurately, to ensure first call resolution
• Must have adequate work from home conditions with dedicated workspace
• One year remote call center experience preferred
