Senior Helpers Hiring for Weekend On Call Scheduler- Work from home at Arizona Full Time

Weekend On-Call Scheduler:

Schedule: Friday 5pm-Monday 8am

** Job is remote, requires a week of in-office training in Mesa**

Location: Remote

Primary Responsibilities

(including, but not limited to):

· Maintain all scheduling of caregivers/clients and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies and/or “call-outs” arise.

· Track and record in Clear Care all instances of assignment refusals, call-outs, late arrivals, early departures, etc. and share information with the Operations Team via email- Weekend wrap-up.

· Reach out to caregivers and clients with regards to changes in schedule that may come up on a daily basis

· Build a professional relationship(s) with clients so as to ensure excellent service delivery.

• Support caregivers for clocking in/out issues, or other scheduling issues.
• Office phone support for 3 markets
• Willing to cover shifts with caregivers as needed.
• Takes lead calls from prospective clients and successfully presents available services and pricing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a staffing position
• Professional experience in the field of customer service
• Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements
• Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possess excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently
• Must have experience using telephones with multiple lines, multi-task on several calls, and maintain professionalism and patience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities are a requirement, schedule conflicts are bound to arise that will require creative solutions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
