A crucial technical position within the global Serco team. The role requires technical expertise particularly in design, implementation and delivery across Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Digital Optimisation projects.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the RPA Lead, The RPA Developer will be responsible for providing automated solutions using UiPath tool, engaging from design, development, testing and maintenance, training to end users and continuous business improvement to ensure we deliver software releases and digital optimisation services across contracts in Serco.
For this reason, we are seeking an RPA Developer with hands-on experience with the UiPath RPA tool and who is familiar working in a team delivering similar RPA projects. You will also have experience developing processes in Citrix and using Modern Folders, as well as knowledge and experience utilisng C#, Oracle SQL, Python and other related software systems and tools
The role comes with a high degree of responsibility, from liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to delivering and exceeding our KPI obligations. You will work closely with the Serco Digital Technology Services Team to support the RPA rollout in various Serco contracts.
Due to the nature of the role, a degree or equivalent in Computer Science or IT is essential. This role is crucial to both short-term and long-term success of the business.
