Our company is willing to find a passionate co-worker who would like to start collaborating with us on a long-term perspective. In order to be able to work as a chat support representative you need to possess the following qualities:
- an experienced user of Email, Excel and Word
- being talkative and friendly throughout the whole process of communication
It’s a remote job in the USA (Full-time/Part-time). We’ll provide you with a renewable contract which is permanent.
You’ll need to implement several duties during your working hours such as learning our products and services’ main characteristics, answering customer questions and dealing with people’s complaints.
