Serenity Spa is an established and growing Massage Therapy Spa in Pleasant Hill, CA. Our highly trained, professional,Certified Massage Therapists provide a range of modalities with a holistic approach to the client’s well- being. We are looking for qualified candidates to greet our clients, manage scheduling, and grow with our business.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

· Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

· Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

· Prefer experience with Vagaro Scheduling and POS; Square POS, training available to the right candidate

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately book, change, and cancel appointments using Vagaro software and POS (training provided)
• Receive clients, ensure that the check-in, check-out and payment processes are done in compliance with company policy
• Maintain complete Client confidentiality in accordance with all City regulations, CAMTC Standards, and company policy
• Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation
• Address Client questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area
• Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when reordering is needed
• Assist with therapy room turn-over, as needed
• Must be able to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa
• Communicate/Escalate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention
• Other duties as assigned

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
