The Marketing & Events Executive Role

• Provide events manager and stakeholders with necessary events support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned 
• Oversee site recce of confirmed event venues, including physically visiting venues for measurements and infrastructure checks, and assisting in drafting of event floorplan
• Oversee event set up and tear down, including logistical planning for all equipment and cars involved, and liaising with manpower required 
• Oversee event execution on event day, including ensuring logistics and manpower are running according to plan
• Assist in conceptualization of photoshoots and video shoots, including concept of shoot, location scouting, and cars involved
• Plan and schedule logistics for photoshoots and video shoots, including liaising with photographers, videographers, and arranging movement of cars involved
• Assist in content creation of promotional posts and running of advertisements on select social media pages
