Our firm is currently in the market for an Accounting Clerk to work in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate must be capable of handling an extremely high volume of work, as well as meeting tight deadlines while working independently and on a team.

Responsibilities:

• Collating, preparing, and issuing information related to customer accounts including invoices, bills, inventory records, account reports and any other relevant financial statements using FleetManager and Quickbooks
• Producing a variety of reports including income statements, balance sheets, and P&L statements
• Assisting in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcilliation and Journal Entries
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
• Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
