The position is expected to be in-person at the SEHDenver office, but a virtual or remote position will be considered uponrequestResponsibilities include:Performing structural Revit model start-up including generating plan andsection views for engineers to begin coordinating and redlining fromGenerate complete construction documents from Revit, including framingplans, details, and schedules based on input from structural engineersCoordinate with other disciplines, (architectural, mechanical, etc)to ensure that all models are accurate and resolve modeling conflictsJob RequirementsRequired Qualifications:Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalenteducation/experienceWorking knowledge and proficiency with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and 2D and 3Dmodeling and visualizationMust possess a valid Driver’s License and be able to provide own means ofreliable transportationTwo (2) years previous experience in a similar capacityPreferred Qualifications:Basic understanding of building construction drawings including generalnotes, plan views, section views, and structural detailsBasic understanding of civil engineering, construction, and surveyingpracticesBasic understanding of mathematical skills and proficiency with Microsoftapplications (Word, Excel)Additional DetailsBase compensation is expected to be in the range of $54,000 and$78,000, based on skill set and experience.
