What is the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP)
Internship for Laboratory Diagnostics (LD)?

In the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP)
Internship for Laboratory Diagnostics (LD), you will increase efficiency and
sustainability across multiple businesses and learn the daily operations that
ensure production goals are met, improvements are made and systems are managed.

With Siemens’ team of innovators as your mentors, you will
visit facility sites and assist in developing a solution-based plan for
improved production.

Potential experiences include:

• Manufacturing Engineering; Assaysand Instruments

• Process improvement, LEAN or SixSigma project

• Support of production process;Assays and Instruments

• Assay / Reagent technical problemsolving (Chem E, BioMed, Chemistry)

• Supply Chain – Operations

• Project Management

Participants who complete the internship program will be
considered for the Operations Leadership Development Program and other
entry-level opportunities.

LD Internship, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Majors : BS/BA –Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering,Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biochemistry, IndustrialDistribution, Operations/Materials Management, Supply Chain Management,Chemistry

• Education : Rising undergraduateseniors pursuing a BS/BA from an accredited technical school, college oruniversity

• Availability : Ability to work 40hours per week from May to August.Strong interest in working in a production environment.

• Minimum GPA : 3.2

• Relocation and Travel : Must bewilling to relocate and travel as required by program

• Work Authorization : Permanent workauthorization in the U.S. is required

Start date – May/June 2022
