What will you do?

• Responsible for all aspects of receiving, shipping, and material handling
• Work in full collaboration with the Branches personnel to achieve Warehouse operational excellence
• Incoming goods quality inspection and control
• Process all transactions in SAP in a timely manner
• Organize and control the storage of material in a safe and efficient manner
• Assemble upcoming deliveries with accuracy and in a timely fashion
• Complete packaging of deliveries
• Arrange with transportation company for deliveries and/or shipments following shipping instructions, common methods of dispatch, types of packaging and other instructions (e.g. Dangerous Goods) in the given framework
• Add the corresponding shipping documents to the outgoing goods
• Complete transports inside and if applicable outside the premises with professional usage of appropriate means of transportation
• Coordinate interplant shipments of material
• Maintain the integrity of the facility through cycle counts, and various audits including EHS
• Follow procedures for safety and security of warehouse environment and all goods
• Other warehouse related duties as assigned by the Supervisor

What will you need to succeed?

• 2+ years of warehousing experience or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Be able to own and has the potential to lead the local warehouse team
• Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel)
• Very good organization and planning skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Very good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good customer service skills

Assets:

• Licensed and experienced reach truck operator
• Knowledge of SAP in a logistic environment
• Bilingual (English / French) communication skills, verbal and written
