This is a full-time, temporary position with the perk of hybrid working!

The successful candidate will be responding to emails from staff and students, assisting the student ambassador scheme and administering payments, as well as other ad hoc duties. If you enjoy working within a team, are proactive and are eager to improve student engagement, this may be the perfect role for you!

Student Engagement Officer Key Duties and Responsibilities:

– Inbox management & escalating queries

– Diary management & room bookings

– Updating student online platforms (student advisor scheme & student voice)

– Payroll duties

Student EngagementOfficer Essential Skills and Experience:

– Excellent communication

– Strong organisational skills

– Fast learner – new software

– Effective multi-tasker
