Production Office AssociateSigncraft USA has a job opening for a Production Office Associate. We need an enthusiastic individual and “people person” who will be the on-site team member handling our production related payroll and office duties. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with our Director of Manufacturing and all production team members. The hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00 and the work location is 1301 Antioch Pike, Nashville, TN 37211. Remote work is not an option for this position.: The Production Office Associate will be responsible for performing the following duties:

• Provide direct administrative support for the Director of Manufacturing and production leadership team in their daily activities.

• Responsible for entering & processing daily timesheets and time off requests for 50 employees.

• Responsible for maintaining, & calculating production material allocations for the accounting function.

• Purchasing / ordering materials and items for the production team, office and break room.

• Processing all New Production employee paperwork, ie. (Insurance, First day testing, etc.)

• Phone answering & general communication duties for the production facility
• Schedule travel arrangements for our installation team. (Hotels, Rental Cars, Etc)

Requirements:

• Candidates MUST have previous and proven payroll processing experience and be proficient in Quickbooks accounting software.
• Candidates must have an Associates degree in a related field.
• Candidates must have a valid, current driver’s license, a clean driving record and reliable means of transportation.
• Candidates must have superior computer skills with working knowledge of the Microsoft

Suite, (Word and Excel)

• Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and alcohol screen. Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, alcohol screen and provide proof of current COVID vaccination status. Proof of booster vaccination is required if it has been longer than six months since the original vaccination status.

Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:
