Signs365 is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative/Chat Agent to join our growing team. Successful candidates will be able to multitask, have customer service experience, and excels in a fast-paced work environment.

Available Shift:

• 9:00a – 5:30p (Mon – Fri)
• 3:30p – 12:00a (Sun – Thurs)

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide an exceptional experience to customers via live chat and over the phone
• Answer inbound calls and work with customers through live chat
• Respond to messages in a timely manner, ensuring that all questions are answered and concerns are resolved
• Send and respond to emails from current and inquiring customers
• Ability to work independently as well as alongside a team
• A strong attention to detail

Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to read and understand oral/written instructions
• Graphics/Photoshop experience
• Sign industry experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
