About you:
· At least 12 months experience as a support worker in a disability setting.

· Honest and reliable with complete integrity.
· Sound written and verbal communication skills with strong computer skills.
· Able to work across a 7 day week, on a 24/7 roster, and work weekends, evenings and sleepovers.

In return, we offer:
· A varied environment where no two days are the same.
· An opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others
· The opportunity to gain your Level 3 New Zealand Certificate in Health & Wellbeing plus further opportunities to develop and progress your career.
· A great team environment.
· Pay rates (defined by the Pay Equity) from $22.49 to $28.25 (dependent on your qualifications).
