ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a temporary part-time non-exempt level remote position.

JOB SUMMARY

Compensation for this role is competitive and in alignment with nonprofit roles in major U.S. markets. Anticipated length of assignment: 3-month term, starting as soon as possible, with the possibility to extend as determined by organizational needs and priorities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative and Operational Support:

• Answer RAR’s main telephone line, and direct calls to appropriate staff
• Review and field general email inbox and direct emails to appropriate staff

Data Entry/Documentation:

• Create sales quotes and opportunities to send to customers.
• Opportunity management in Salesforce, including opportunity creation, tracking and reconciliation.
• Enter sales and grant orders across various systems.
• Data cleanup in Salesforce, including updating account owners, contacts, sites, etc.
• Internal document creation, including purchase order closure forms, new product forms, purchase orders, etc.
• Special projects, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
• Ability to work with diverse people in multi-cultural environments.
• Ability to adapt to new and changing circumstances within the work environment and to approach situations and challenges with a positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of workflow.
• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or some combination of education, training, and experience.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
