Job Description:
At Sinclair Tractor, we pride ourselves on being the destination in Southeast Iowa for agricultural equipment, precision farming, agronomic decision support, NAPA parts and computers. With thirteen John Deere dealerships, five NAPA parts locations and a computer service location, we are looking for motivated and talented people to join our team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
SINCLAIR TRACTOR is seeking an energetic, driven and professional individual to join the Sigourney, IA office location as a Receptionist/Parts Utility with the primary responsibility of greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate staff within the location. As the receptionist you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be expected to maintain the highest level of customer service.
As a member of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to your customers as needed, which may include coordinating with other departments. The desired candidate has a background in agriculture and is passionate about growth, innovation and collaboration. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO (you may request further detail):

• Answering phone calls, taking and relaying messages, and returning calls as needed
• Greeting customers coming into the location and directing them to the appropriate staff
• Daily cleaning and organizing of the parts department and showroom
• Ordering location supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Monday thru Friday with 7 am – 5 pm with the ability to work flexible hours as needed (Some Saturday’s may be required)
