You will collaborate with a team of highly motivated peers to develop and deploy the next bound of our National Digital Identity platform and APIs that will further transform the lives of citizens by enabling secure and seamless delivery of personalized online digital experiences.  

What you will be working on:

• Engage potential and existing relying parties to understand their business needs. 

• Analyse and match relying party needs with existing product roadmap. 

• Assist relying parties with their product prioritisation and adoption decision.

• Collaborate with product managers on product roadmap and releases by communicating qualified relying party requests and feedback.

• Work with policy managers to assess and review linkup requests for the adoption and usage of NDI API products.

• Work with operations managers to improve relying party on-boarding experience and product usage.

• Represent and share NDI at appropriate public forums to create awareness and mindshare to promote product adoption by relaying parties. 

What we are looking for:

• Three or more years’ relevant ICT experience – experience managing key strategic accounts in the public sector or in multinational tech organisations at regional-level will be beneficial

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust to ensure effective and strong working relationships

• Strong ability to influence and thrive in a matrix organisation

• Ability to work through sophisticated, multi-disciplinary teams and projects

• Creative problem solving, innovative thinking, and a willingness to challenge the status quo

• Results-oriented, analytical, and good attention to details

• Excellent written and presentation abilities required
