To lead in the planning and execution of large-scale Graduation sessions and other events, provide secretariat services to various committees (such as the Board of Governors) and to plan and execute projects in the Registrar’s office, when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the planning and execution of large-scale Graduation sessions, events and activities.
• Work with various stakeholders to handle functions such as Event Setup, Invitations, Registration, Ushering, Catering, Website, Rehearsals, Live Streaming and Name Display.
• Provide secretariat services to various committees (such as BOG), including organising meetings, taking minutes and ensuring that all matters related to governance are compiled with.
• Plan and handle projects in the Registrar’s Office as and when required.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience with organising large-scale events will be an advantage
• Previous experience in secretariat work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills
• Analytical with an eye for details
