Sixt Ireland is an Irish owned and operated franchise of Sixt rent a car, one of the longest established car rental companies in the world. Sixt rent a car has been in operation since 1912.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Duties will include:

• Delivering excellent levels of customer service by phone, email, social media, internal survey or any other relevant channels
• Responsibility for monitoring in bound Customer Services queries, and responding in a timely and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and deal with customer queries coming through to the Customer Services phone line
• Invoice control, processing payment transactions and refunds

• Handling of paperwork and general administrative duties

• Auditing and reporting as required

• Any other duties as required by your Line Manager

Role Requirements:

• A proactive, customer-focused person, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and proven problem solving skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail

• Fluency in English required, other languages beneficial

• Previous experience working with a CRM system beneficial
• Full B driving licence, preferred

• 8 hour shift
