Skills Training UK Hiring for Regional Delivery Manager (Education South East) Job at Remote , UK Full Time

Skills Training UK have an exciting opportunity for a Reigonal Delivery Manager to join our Operations Management Team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the individual will cover the South East area and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our adult education delivery.

Day to day the role includes:

• Management and planning of the AEB contract delivery
• Reporting on tracking all necessary KPI’s to Operations
• Ensuring the financial objectives are attained
• Managing relationships with both external and internal stakeholders

This role will require effective contract and staff management, tracking and monitoring of performance, to drive quality, to ensure positive learner impact and experience.

What experiences do I need?

• Experience of managing colleagues across geographical areas.

• Proven track record in sales or recruitment and have first class influencing skills with the ability to change perceptions where necessary.

• Highly organised and enthusiastic with a hands-on, professional approach.

• Good knowledge of the local labour market trends with a sound appreciation of employer needs and skills gaps.

• Knowledge of government funded programmes and Ofsted Inspection Processes
