At Sky, we’re all about delivering the best content, technology and experiences to our customers – and that means constantly evolving how we work. As our new Continuous Improvement Lead, you’ll play a vital role in helping us do just that.

Sitting at the heart of process excellence, you’ll lead the design, optimisation and governance of key business processes to improve efficiency, support sustainable growth, and drive meaningful outcomes across the organisation. Working across multiple teams, you’ll bring people, data and technology together to deliver smarter ways of working – and help shape a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Designing and maintaining end-to-end business process maps aligned to Sky’s strategic goals
• Leading cross-functional initiatives that improve service quality, efficiency and outcomes using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Championing automation by identifying and managing opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Coaching teams in continuous improvement tools, methods and mindsets
• Identifying improvement opportunities using data, feedback, and frontline insights.
• Monitoring key process performance metrics and driving governance through regular reviews and reporting

NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO I- WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

You’ll be a confident change agent, with a strong technical foundation and a passion for helping teams work smarter. You’re skilled at simplifying the complex, and you know how to bring people on the journey – from the frontline to the leadership team.

Essential

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in continuous improvement, business process management and RPA
• Green Belt Six Sigma qualification (or higher)
• Proven experience mapping processes using BPMN 2.0 and tools like BIC or equivalent
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with a coaching mindset
• High level of digital literacy and comfort adopting new technologies
• Demonstrated experience linking improvement initiatives to financial and business outcomes

Preferred

• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, change management or process improvement
• Experience with process mining and task mining
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and customer-centred design
• Familiarity with enterprise frameworks such as eTOM
• Experience with agile ways of working and vendor collaboration
