Reporting to the Operations Manager, as the Front Office Manager, you will be leading a close knit team who are made up of some of the most passionate and hard working front office professionals in the country. You will be responsible for leading and managing this team to deliver exceptional customer service standards for all our customers as well as budgets and forecasting. You will also work closely with the Executive Housekeeper, Chief Concierge and the Hotel Reservations Manager, who make up the wider hotel management team.
Your proven exceptional leadership experience in a similar role, coupled with sound financial knowledge and a vision and passion for the hotel industry and people will see you thrive in this role in our one of a kind environment. You will also be a confident communicator with outstanding organisational skills and a flair for developing and encouraging strong team culture.
