A bit about you

We’re seeking a Sandwich Maker with fantastic presentation skills, a keen eye for detail and ability to handle fast-paced services. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and be passionate about preparing high quality food.

We are happy to welcome any experience level into the role as our team is happy to train with people with the right attitude.

Federal Delicatessen is fun, vibrant and reminiscent of the traditional Jewish Delis you’d experience in New York and Montreal but with a local spin. We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and passionate Chef de Partie looking to take the next exciting step in their culinary career.

A bit about the role

You will assist the kitchen team at Gusto with food preparation, cooking and producing quality dishes, stock rotation, food hygiene and more! You’ll also be assisting with meals for the In Room Dining Service as Gusto services meals for the SkyCity Grand Hotel guests.
