EDUCATION
A Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCES
Experience in providing administrative services to management such as:
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Experience in providing client service via telephone, in writing or in person;
- Experience in organizing and filing paper and electronic documents using established filing systems;
- Experience in managing the incoming flow of correspondence, messages and requests and determining the appropriate action;
- Ability to manage workload and set priorities;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
- Ability to make recommendations to facilitate decision-making.
