We are looking for Amazing Customer Service Delivery Representatives (permanent 25 hours per week).

• Genuine and caring people who delight our customers with excellent service (their windscreen is broken, and they might be a bit stressed)
• Clever people who are confident in using our systems and make bookings (you need to figure out which piece of glass fits in their car or ute)
• People who can work under pressure (we have a lot of customer calls and they can be for a variety of reasons)
• People who have a bubbly personality (you talk to our customers most of the time)
• People who have their ducks in a row (you need to multi-task and enjoy juggling multiple priorities)
