Roles & Responsibilities

  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for data entry
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Assist with administrative task such as filling out forms, filing, and answering phone calls and emails
  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
  • Prepare invoices
  • Filing and scanning of documents
  • Assists in the administration and coordination of the organization’s fleet of motor vehicles.
  • Maintains accurate records of vehicles
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Any other administration / operation duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis
