We are looking for a part-time virtual assistant to join our team. The VA’s main responsibility is to provide assistance to support accounting operations. This includes include maintaining customer accounts, recording deposits and expenses, reconciling bank statements, and updating project information. The role also includes some additional clerical duties like maintaining contact information and performing research to support special projects.

We require the VA to work 8-hours per week to start with the potential to expand the role to 16 hours per week over the first year. Working 2 days per week at 4 hours per day is the preferred schedule. At least 2 hours per day must overlap with business hours in the Mountain timezone.

Part-time hours: 8 per week

Experience:

• Accounting software: 1 year (preferred)
