Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the External/Client IT Support department for the SHUSA AP Division. The successful candidate will have proven leadership and issue resolution skills with the ability to strategize on multiple levels. Primary duties will include managing a team of Support Analyst (I, II & SR), coaching and mentoring employees, career development, collaborating with inter/intra-departmental leadership, corporate management, managing escalations, and creating and managing processes. Knowledge of Client Connectivity Solutions and Services, Help Desk and Lab Operations are required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED/PREFERRED):
EDUCATION: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 3 years’ experience in Management in information technology (IT) or equivalent expertise in a related field preferred;
