POSITION TITLE: Head Girls Wrestling Coach SALARY RANGE: $4,760 CONTRACT LENGTH: Sport Season POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible to guide and direct students in a successful wrestling program at the high school level. Continue to promote and develop the IHSAA Girls Wrestling program within Riley Athletic Department IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Director of Athletics DUTIES: Must demonstrate an interest in and support of the entire school program by attending activities developing a feeder school program in coordination with the head boys coach. Plan out of season programs to assist the development of the sport. Organize conditioning programs to develop improved strength, skill, and agility. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience as a high school/intermediate school wrestling coach in a successful program. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to get along with students and parents and have the ability to motivate athletes. Experience as a wrestling participant at the intermediate or high school level. Works in standard office and school building environments. Must be able to work regularly scheduled hours. Must be able to handle stress. ” />
