- Multi-specialty medical practice seeks full-time experienced medical receptionist. Daily tasks include 1) welcome patients, vendors, pharmaceutical representatives and other visitors to the office; 2) answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary; 3) answer multi-line telephone in a courteous and professional manner; 4) receive and convey messages verbally and electronically; 5) utilize medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments.
