If so, you may be interested to find out more about our vacancies for Assistant Company Secretaries based in Farringdon; the buzzing yet cultural area of London which is centrally located and easy to access via various means of transport. We have a hybrid working style which offers you the flexibility to work from home for part of your working week, so we’ll provide you with mobile working equipment. But there is the requirement for you to work in the office for a few days a week too, so you must be willing to be flexible.
The role in detail:
Working in the Governance team, the Assistant Company Secretary will support the provision of a full company secretarial service to the Group. You’ll work with the Head of Governance to ensure that the highest standards of governance are achieved Group wide through promoting governance best practice across the organisation. You will support the effective servicing of meetings, arrange seminars, AGMS and EGMS; provide support to new members, and complete day to day company secretariat administration tasks whilst ensuring the Groups remains compliant.
The role is a fixed-term contract for 6-12 months, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
