The ideal person will be a team leader, team player, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated, have the ability to work on own initiative, & friendly.
MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION
To operate within the Store efficiently, effectively and hygienically to ensure customer satisfaction at all times with the highest standards of service and products.
The ideal candidate will possess many of the below attributes
- Previous supervisory experience
- Operational knowledge of retail environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- An understanding of consumer needs
- Understanding of employment, health & safety , HACCP, and consumer legislation
- Committed to continually improving standards
- Self-motivated & ambitious
- Computer literate
