We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to become part of our collaborative customer-focused Service Desk team in Auckland. The Qrious Service Desk team provides Application and ITC support services to both staff and clients.

Our ideal candidate will have an engaging friendly personality together with a very successful background providing outstanding 1st and 2nd level of Application Support and IT Desktop Services; someone who can hit the ground running and demonstrate that they are more than capable of making a difference on day 1.

To be considered for this position, you’ll need the following:

• Experience in Application support through phone and intercom
• Application support requirement
• Ideally three to five years experience in the operation and deployment of ICT and Application support services
• Competency across a variety of computer platforms including Microsoft OS, Apple OS, and Office 365
• Experience and confidence in using remote support tools and engaging in face to face user interactions
• Excellent team worker who supports and mentor others
• ITIL framework knowledge (exam is a bonus)
• The skills to prioritize and manage your workload with the use of job tracking software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to liaise effortlessly at all levels
• Excellent Customer Service Experience

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working with varied Application and IT support
• At Least 2 years Jira Service Desk knowledge (administration, workflows, reports, and automation)
• Experience in managing and maintaining computer hardware, including laptops, workstations in a BYOD environment with MDM tools (Kaseya, JAMF)
• Experience with basic relational database queries e.g. SQL Server through SQL express
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting priorities by working in single backlog managing multiple priorities between operational and project tasks.
• Experience in providing end-user Application support via remote tools.
• Experience dealing with key stakeholders on all levels, both on a technical and non-technical level.
• Strong process and technical documentation skills.
