THE ROLE

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction? Do you excel at resolving intricate technical problems through effective troubleshooting? We are seeking skilled Service Engineers to join us in providing excellent service. As a Field Engineer, you’ll assist with diverse IT environments, occasionally on-site, offering desktop and engineering support. Your close client interaction emphasizes exceptional communication and top-tier service. Your adeptness and professionalism enhance your technical proficiencies.

What You’re Responsible For

• Provide technical support to clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on-site, ensuring swift issue resolution.
• Onsite support across several clients (varying locations) – valid NZ driver’s license required.
• Building and supporting end-user devices (PCs, laptops, thin clients, printers, mobiles, tablets).
• Diagnosing faults / troubleshooting / problem solving.
• Network /Windows desktop and Server support.
• Building productive working relationships across a variety of colleagues, clients, and suppliers. Continually innovating in your work environment
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

What Skills & Experience You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field], or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in technical support, maintenance, or a related role.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with [relevant tools/technologies] is a plus.
