Sparks Group Hiring for Data Entry Clerk Job at Alexandria, VA Full Time

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group is partnered with a the City of Alexandria in search of a Data Entry specialist who can help them transfer documents/information into digital format. This person needs to have great Excel and PowerPoint skills (including pivot tables). There will be an assessment once your resume has been considered. This role is onsite in Alexandra, VA with occasional remote operations. This is a 6 month contract paying $20-25 per hour dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry (digitizing paper files)
• Attention to detail reviewing documents and inputting correct information into the system
• Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate people (not common)
• Using their fleet management software (will train)
• transfer reports from PDF’s and export to excel

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• 3-5 years in data entry/document review.
• Highly 3-5 years in data entry/document review.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
